About Daniel

I'm Dr. Daniel Schwenger.

I spent 15 years in corporations and organisations. A doctorate in business administration, then brand management at Ferrero and Lindt & Sprüngli, plus work in international digital agencies.

There I learned how premium brands are positioned — and why some names carry trust and others don't. And then I took exactly the step you're thinking about now: out of the supposed safety of employment, into self-employment.

  • Only outside your working hours — strictly in your free time, on your private infrastructure, not on company time and not with company devices.
  • No direct competition — we position your business so it doesn't directly compete with your employer or poach clients.
  • Your performance at work stays fully intact — your main job has priority; the transition is planned so your performance doesn't suffer.
  • Your employment contract in view — many contracts contain clauses on secondary activities. We watch out for those together.
